Active and Passive Voice
In Active Voice, a sentence emphasizes the subject acting while in Passive Voice sentence emphasizes the action or the object. Also, every transitive verb comes along with two specular choices, and hence they are active voice and passive voice. These voices show whether the subject of the verb acts or is acted upon. Hence, it provides the better understanding of the sentence. The active voice is called active as it involves the subject of the sentence in the action. Whereas, it is vice versa with the passive voice.
As the subject is not involved in the action in passive voice.
